Waller Park Master Plan
A key feature of the plan is the removal of vehicular circulation from the middle of the park and distributing the parking areas in smaller lots around the perimeter; in doing so, pedestrians are given the highest priority and the parking needs are still met without the visual obtrusion of a large monolithic lot. Other features include the Don Potter Grove (a graceful open lawn surrounded by mature trees), picnic areas, soccer and baseball fields, and a special event plaza with accommodations for vendors and food trucks.
