ACI Jet Clark Station Hangar and Office Modernization
Originally built in the 1960’s, the County-owned building and hangar leased by ACI Jet was in need of a major modernization in order to achieve updated standards. RRM provided architecture and construction support services, which included updating the hangar, removing a portion of the building deemed to be too close to the airport runway, and enlarging the commercial offices to 12,300 sf. The shell update and tenant improvements were completed in three phases. The resulting modernized hangar now covers 17,600 sf, and the attached office building hosts two airport-related service companies.
