Our housing team is passionate about creating communities that are inclusive, inviting, and inspirational. Land Planning is a key first step in the creation of places and communities. From small residential or infill sites to large, master planned communities, the Land Plan is the foundation of the vision. RRM excels at this aspect of design. We ensure that the plan is worked out between landowners, public agencies, and the community and is delivered with a consistent vision.
Housing Policy
We help municipalities across California develop objective design standards and review projects to ensure future housing is compatible with surrounding neighborhoods, meets state legislation requirements, and supports the goal of housing for all.

Lewis Road Community Plan: Crossroads to Hope
A groundbreaking endeavor centered around generating affordable housing, mental health services, and the development of an inclusive special needs community. What began as an excess 55 acres of public land will soon transform into a comprehensive initiative to support the needs of vulnerable populations, helping people effectively reestablish, recover, and reemerge into society.
