It is the goal of RRM Design Group to perpetuate our multidiscipline design firm well beyond our current 45 years of service. To that end, we are pleased to announce the recent leadership promotions of Jami Williams and Lief McKay to Managing Partner, Diane Bathgate and Lisa Plowman to Principal, and Randy Russom, Darin Cabral and Mike Hamilton to Senior Associate.
New Managing Partners:
Joining the Managing Partner Group is Jami Williams, Planner and Lief McKay, Landscape Architect. Both Jami and Lief have a deep commitment to their profession, co-workers and clients. They are industry veterans who have in a very meaningful way helped to shape RRM into the company it is today. We are very proud to welcome them into this important leadership position.
New Principals:
With over 30 years of experience in the field of planning for both public and private sectors, Diane Bathgate, AICP, CNU-A leads a wide range of RRM Design Group’s planning, urban design and environmental assignments. Her professional experience as a seasoned planner, coupled with her background as a former city council member, mayor, and planning commissioner, makes Diane an effective leader and versatile strategist focused on meaningful results.
Lisa Plowman is our Santa Barbara Office Leader and has been working in land use planning in Santa Barbara for 30 years. She has worked in both the private and public sector and spent over ten years of her career at the County of Santa Barbara where she served as Deputy Director of Planning & Development. In 2006, she moved back to the private sector when she joined Peikert Group Architects and then RRM Design Group when the firms merged in 2013.
New Senior Associates:
Randy Russom, Architect, Mike Hamilton, Civil Engineer and Darin Cabral, Architect have been promoted from Associate to Senior Associate. These three professionals are hard-working, experienced leaders who are a great asset to our leadership team.
