One of our core values here at RRM is community giving which is why we have VTO: Volunteer Time Off. Through our 1,000 Hours Program, employees are given 8 hours of VTO per year, which adds up to about 1,000 hours of firm-wide volunteer time in the communities we live and work.
Employees are encouraged to volunteer at organizations they are passionate about and connected with, but RRM also organizes group volunteering opportunities for employees to participate in. We believe that community service not only benefits our community, but enriches the lives of our employees!
